Hallie and Harper stuff...

A couple weeks ago, Jon and I woke up to Hallie screaming for Jon. She was frantic. He hurried upstairs to see what was going on. Hallie had experienced her first nightmare. She told Jon that the crocodile had got her foot and that she died. She was so upset. He comforted her and told her that Jesus is always with her. Later that day she told me about the experience. She said, "Daddy and Jesus keep me safe." She also told me that "Toddy" (her beloved stuffed dog) was scared too. She said he was crying for her and saying, "Help me Hallie, help me!" Poor thing. How traumatic!

Harper's latest trick is click-clocking her tongue. It is too cute. She is pretty proud of herself too...She immediately flashes a huge smile after she does it! She is just precious. She is also about to take off...as in walk. She stands all by herself for a long time. She hasn't quite taken multiple steps but she can manage 1 here and there.

Daddy takes his BIG CFP test this weekend! We are so proud of him for all his hard work in preparing for this test! We are praying for a safe trip and of course that he passes it!

Let's carve a pumpkin!

The horrible photo of me was to prove I was there! :) I am always behind the camera!

Let's carve a pumpkin!

Jon was the spirited one who made it happen this year! I was dreading it...it is just a mess...but I am glad that we did it! Hallie thought it was pretty cool! We were going to get creative with our face but just decided to keep it basic because we were getting close to bed time! I love that we have this little memory!

More Fall Festival!

More Fall Festival!

CCBC Fall Festival

Jon and I took the girls to CCBC's Fall Festival! It was tons of fun!! Hallie especially loved the Jump House! She would have stayed in there all night if she could have. Roo loved all of it...but by the end, she was ready for bed!

Hallie picked out her costume all by herself. I thought it was cute so I went along with it. We jazzed it up with a pink streak in her hair and glitter everywhere! It was fun to see her so excited about it!

Harper was our bumble bee...the cutest one ever!

Sweet Memories

I just love the sisterly love in these pictures. Hallie takes such good care of Harper. I truly hope they become best friends!
