Do the Zoo...
The BLUE frogs are for Hallie!
...the Des Moines zoo. We had a great time at the zoo this year. My mother-in-law and I talked several times all summer about going...It took the cool fall weather to actually make it happen! :) I love that about fall...it forces you to do all those last minute warm weather "to do" items. Anyway, Hallie loved it! Harper was pretty much along for the ride- but she likes being outside-so it was a treat for her too!

Shiner
Hallie got her first "shiner" in the nursery. She told me she got hit with a block. I thought it looked pretty cute on her. It is her upper left eye! She just woke up in these pictures and was pretty out of it...she did manage some goofy faces!
Big Creek
We took the girls to Big Creek one Sunday afternoon. It has really gone down-hill compared to how I remember it...but we still enjoyed it. Hallie really loved it! She loves sand and water...so she was entertained, of course!
