Behind, Behind, Behind.
I am so behind...I have oodles and goodles of pictures to upload! UGH!! I am working with our new computer and still have to upload software to make this possible! YIKES!! I hate getting behind! I wanted to update on the girls!
Hallie:
-VERY talkative and VERY in touch with her feelings (this does not always make parenting easy!)
-I haven't measured her in awhile but she looks like she is getting much taller! :)
-She loves her friends and loves having people over.
-She plays by herself really well.
-She is a singing machine!
-She is loving the splash park and pool...in a cautious child way! ;)
-She is difficult right now...I feel like I am constantly disciplining her. It is soooo hard some days!
We are also going through a extremely rough sleeping spell with Hallie. This has been going on since we moved to our new house. She is up every night for 1-3 hours. It is soooo exhausting and we are at a loss for what to do. It is very difficult to show compassion in the middle of the night. So...we are praying through it! Hopefully she will go back to her normal 10-12 hours soon.
HARPER "ROO":
-She is still the sweetest baby ever!
-She is sitting up like a BIG girl!
-She rolls everywhere now too!
-She is super chunky and we just love it!
-She sleeps most of the night...she usually wakes up between 1 and 3 to nurse but it is quick and right back to bed!
She has her 6 month well-child check next week...so I will update her stats then!
***Also...Jon surprised me with a new camera!!!! I was soooo excited!! It is a nice one too...which means better blog pics!! YAY! It was his best surprise for me yet! Thanks Babe...YOU ROCK!

What a fun day!!
We had an awesome day today!! I took the girls to the pool for the day and we met up with several friends! One special friend came today (Katie Nicholson) and it was sooo great to get to catch up with her. She is a forever friend...those are not always easy to find outside of your family...so I feel special to have her! :) Hallie was pretty jazzed about her too...she kept reminding me that Katie took her down the slide and that they had matching swimming suits!! TOO CUTE! We also went boating tonight with some friends from church! We had a blast!! It was a great chance to get to know them better and a lot of fun too! Hallie road the tube with Daddy!! It was so amazing to see her out there because she typically is sooo cautious! Harper was such a trooper through it all! She rarely fussed and was her super, sweet self. She is an amazing baby and I love her oodles!! Kind of a random post but just wanted the memory!

Grandpa's 80th Birthday Party
I have LOTS of photos to upload for this event!! It was quite the event! It was so much fun to celebrate such a special person! We all wore our red airplane shirts designed by my cousin Jen! They were sooo cute!! It was a great weekend filled with lots of family time as we prepared for the event!! One of my cousins was the brains behind the decor...so she put us to work! :) I think the pictures do a great job of showing just how much FUN we had!
